The revolutionary Zero Lift discharges bulk loads to the highest safety standards thanks to the unique active floor system, materials are discharged in the horizontal position eliminating many of the dangers associated with traditional tippers such as the risk of rolling over or striking overhead wires and structures.

Thanks to a exclusive high power drive motor and a 825mm Multipurpose Belt material of any type is discharged from zero Lift at the rate of 15m3 a minute, making the process quick and simple to discharge a full load of material in around 40 seconds ensuring a quick and easy turnaround.
More Control
Zero Lift offer more control than a conventional tipper delivery. The hydraulically powered tail gate allows for partial opening to control the rate of discharge combined with a unique discharge height sensor – electronic discharge sensor for safe discharge and automatic shutoff offers complete control.
